05 Mar Shocked young mum, serves cease and desist order on company because of what she hears on the phone
A few weeks ago, going about the usual household chores, 46-year-old Susan Rigler decided to call a well-known “home furnishings” company for information about curtains.
Because of the high telephone traffic, Susan is put on hold to be connected with the appropriate department, and while waiting the young mum listens to the irreparable: an explicit song recounting sex moments.
“I am disgusted,” the young mother tells the media. “A woman was heard singing:’Don’t need baby oil to make this body hot,’ and the worst thing was that the man replied:’Oh lady, I gotta have it’.”
Certainly not a good impression for the U.S. company, which will now have to investigate the case and solve the problem created, trying above all to recover credibility towards its customers and the market in general.
Not without reason is the corporate image the first thing the customer looks at, so one must be meticulous in taking the best care of it.
Given the case, we have decided to give all our readers (and others) a free consultation with a Corporate Image specialist, in order to improve the perception of your Brand on the phone.
Write to us at [email protected], specifying that you want to take advantage of the free consultation; otherwise, if you want to discover our customised messages for switchboards and answering machines click here.
